1) General Rules
- 1.1) Your account is your responsibility. You are not allowed to share it, and if it gets hacked you're liable for anything that happens on it.
- 1.2) You cannot make alternate accounts on the forums without permission from an admin beforehand.
- 1.3) Begging for donations from people is not allowed.
- 1.4) Scraping the forums is not allowed unless you have prior approval from staff.
- 1.5) Begging to become staff is not allowed and will result in a negative impact on any future staff applications.
- 1.6) Scamming (or attempting to scam) a member is a permanent ban.
- 1.7) Harassing users for no clear or logical reason is not allowed. Be kind.
- 1.8) Any discussion or sharing of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), Rape, or Animal Abuse will result in you immediately being banned.
- 1.9) You cannot dox members unless they're permanently banned and it is not a self-ban.
- 1.10) Taking hidden content you unlock and sharing it elsewhere is not allowed.
- 1.11) The official Language of the forum is English.
- 1.12) No automating our shoutbox/websocket.
- 1.13) You are not allowed to target Russian companies, or post Russian data. This will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2) Posting Rules
- 2.1) "Leeching" is the act of only taking and not giving. We suggest posting some threads.
- 2.2) "Empty Quoting" is the act of quoting a post and adding nothing to your reply.
- 2.3) Attempting to post malware is subject to an immediate ban.
- 2.4) Survey, URL Shorteners, Referral links, or any type of "monetized" links are not allowed.
- 2.5) You may not post a leak simply to entice sales.
- 2.6) You are only allowed to post NSFW Content in the NSFW Leaks section.
- 2.7) You are allowed to talk freely about different forums.
- 2.8) Re-posting content already on the forums isn't allowed.
- 2.9) Titles with spam, click-bait, or excessive emojis are not allowed.
- 2.10) You may only bump your threads once every 24 hours.

3) Advertising Rules
- 3.1) Advertising in your Avatar, Signature & User-title is not allowed unless you have MVP or higher.
- 3.2) Advertisements in your signature should be for products owned by you.
- 3.3) Post advertisements in the correct section (Marketplace section).

4) Marketplace Rules
- 4.1) Selling public databases is not allowed.
- 4.2) Claiming someone is a scammer without proof is not allowed.
- 4.3) Proxy selling is allowed but you're responsible for any scams.
- 4.4) Sales threads without samples are not allowed.
- 4.5) Multiple sales threads for the same product are not allowed.
- 4.6) You must prove you have uniquely cracked lines if selling cracked data.
- 4.7) State the original source if selling checked data.
- 4.8) Leaking purchased data without permission results in a permanent ban.
- 4.9) Selling any NSFW content is not allowed.

5) Reputation System Rules
- 5.1) You cannot ask for, buy, sell, or trade reputation.
- 5.2) You must provide a valid reason for giving reputation.
- 5.3) You are not allowed to spam reputation.
- 5.4) You can ask for clarification on negative reputation.
- 5.5) Any violations can lead to removal of reputation.

6) Disallowed Blackhat Activity
- 6.1) Drug Sales, Weapon Sales, and "Violence-as-a-service" are not allowed.
- 6.2) Selling or posting credit/debit cards is prohibited.
- 6.3) Sales of real IDs/Documents are prohibited.

7) Impersonation & Username Policy
- 7.1) Your username cannot resemble others or blacklisted usernames.
- 7.2) Making your profile look like a staff member is not allowed.
- 7.3) Acting like a staff member is not allowed.
- 7.4) You cannot claim the username of popular users on other forums.
- 7.5) Your username must be visible and not invisible.
- 7.6) Inactive users for 3 months or more may have their username taken.
